Loved Bride & Mate, but you’re not sure if you should read Ali Hazelwood’s STEM books, we have thoughts.
There is a reason you liked Bride & Mate and NO it’s not just because there are insanely HOT werewolves running around destroying anyone who looks at their mates the wrong way. It is also likely because you gravitated towards the strong, independent FMCs. You are probably tired of FMC’s that are written like they were born yesterday. At least that’s why we really liked Bride and Mate.
A few months back, we decided to try out some of Ali Hazelwood’s STEM books at the recommendation of a friend - who happens to be a Doctor. And before you say it, yes, our friend ALSO loves trash books and trash TV like us. So we jumped in with Love, Theoretically and Love on the Brain. Now, one word of advice - these books cover rather in-depth subjects so there is a lot of setup (and for good reason). Give them a chance. After reading these two, we will definitely be reading more.
Note: We will be doing a review of The Love Hypothesis shortly.
Ali Hazelwood’s “Love on the Brain”
An FMC scientist & an MMC engineer met in graduate school - MMC did not like the FMC. Fast forward a few years and they meet again working at NASA and the story slowly begins to unfolds. There were reasons behind every glare, every short response and every scowl.
